3rd time definitely not a Charm.

"Unfortunately purchased 3 from a local big box store with 2 of 3 being unusable and 3rd which they won't allow me to return being off quite a bit. I want to like these but, I'll update my review after they respond to my email. . Great build quality but, lacks accuracy."

"I had a problem with the sight alignment; it was not straight. I contacted them, (very helpful) they scheduled a return and sent a replacement the day or so after they received the package. This one seems spot on. I really can’t complain about the inconvenience, things happen, they made it right. Solid company."
