Warranty Information

Your Sightmark product is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship with the Sightmark Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Thermal optics

Thermal imaging sensors and internal components are covered under a 3-year warranty, with the option to extend coverage by an additional 2 years when registered online, providing up to 5 years of total protection.

• Units purchased prior to January 1, 2026 are not eligible for the 2-year warranty extension.
• The Wraith Thermal SM17001 is excluded from the additional 2-year warranty extension.

Digital night vision

The digital imaging sensor and internal electronics that enable night vision capability are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Light sources & batteries

Other light-emitting devices such as laser diodes and LEDs are warranted for 3 years. Non-rechargeable or disposable batteries are not covered under warranty. Rechargeable battery packs are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Filing a claim

In the event of a defect under this warranty, Sightmark will, at its option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling. This warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by anyone other than Sightmark.

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days of purchase or proof of purchase is provided.

International coverage

Due to international laws, Sightmark products outside of the United States are covered under a 10-year Limited Lifetime Warranty, unless otherwise stated by law.
