Won’t repair or replace product under warranty

"Do not buy from Sightmark I bought this scope and had issues with it not powering on when using double A’s but it still operates on a battery pack I personally love the scope it’s great when paired with a aftermarket illuminator but when I tried the go through the warranty claim I was told that they had discontinued all night vision and would not even repair their product under warranty I was only offered store credit and since they discontinued all night vision I would have to put $300 extra on top of my credit just to afford they’re cheapest thermal"

4-32 is terrible! There is no field of view

"I originally had a 1-8 zoom firmware night vision wraith, that was awesome. Had to have it replaced due to it not working right on my . 308. Ever since, I hate using it due to its field of view. It's only the width of a fleet farm isle @4 (no wider). If the company came back with the 1-8 zoom version again, it would be much better, or give people the chance to change the firmware. Boy I miss that one! I don't like paning all over the place to find the target."

Exceptional value

"Delivery was quick ! I already had a sight mark phantom night vision scope which works great . I decided to get this newer version wraith model with day color mode. I was surprised how easy it was to set up , I sighted it in, in the morning and by evening already had 2 pigs . I think this unit is an exceptional value for the price."

The scope is nice. Little

"The scope is nice. Little upset as it doesn’t have the green mode as advertised and shown in the instructions. Also batteries only last about 30 minutes so have to keep an external battery pack plugged in, plus a small viewing screen. Otherwise it’s a great scope and love it. Was easy to sight in and so far hasn’t lost the point of aim after shooting about 50 rounds. Wish there was a way to live view from a phone and download easily to a phone."

"Good sight over all there is room for improvement I font like the aa battery design it could use lithium cells or it voild have on board charging vis USB c The night vision led vould use 18660 cells over the ones it foes I actually hot a different o e from another co. pany The user manual is pretty much non existnt irs as basic as it gets fortunately I am tech savvy The software would see improvement as well it works but there's a lot to be desired at the price point these dcopes"
