"Once you figure out how to put the battery in it.......................... (there's a you-tube video) Hope that gave you a good laff, Yes, this works really well on Pistols, Revolvers and Rifles (not so much on shotguns, its slips inside that huge hole they call a barrel). I proofed it on several rifles that I already had at dead zero, and it was perfect. And waaaay easier to use than the chamber lasers. Spend the couple extra dollars and get the green one, you can see it much better in the daylight. Almost forgot, This thing works best if you remove your muzzle device and insert directly into the barrel. Then you'll get on paper within 2 inches of dead center first time. Highly Recommend"
