Long term business to business customer relationships built on a foundation of high ethical standards and best business practices. Team members are carefully selected and provided with intensive training to enhance skills and provide strong industry and product knowledge. Team members work closely with retail store owners and professional buyers to improve store performance and increase brands market share. •Developing strategies for growing business •Developing relationships with potential customers • Analysis of stores assortments and customer business and making recommendations for improvement • Preparing proposals for prospects and customers • Respond to market enquiries • Provide market feedback and report to management • Attend industry tradeshows and participate in special events
